1st as a patient! I expressed my concerns and my fear of needles prior to any procedure! Well long story short they are smooth criminals in a good way!!!! I found my Dentist on my own and I will be there prompt and ready for my appointment every time!!!! A huge👍🏽🙌🏽😍🤗👏🏽

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Dental appointments are my least favorite thing on the planet, but baby! Dr. Roschelle Major-Banks and her husband provided top quality care for me and my teeth. From start to finish there was nothing but professionalism, a genuine care, and warmness from Dr. Major-Banks and Mr. Major- Banks. My appointment was at 3:00, I was notified that I could come early if I wanted to! The check-in process was easy, there was a lot of paperwork so I do recommend going early or filling out at home prior to appointment. Safety guidelines were followed in terms of social distancing. Honestly, I am dubbing her the Tabitha Brown of Dentistry. I felt so welcomed and important. The appointment was about one hour and a half and very thorough. When services or items were suggested to me it was because of necessity not to "sell" me on anything or "make money." She explained EACH procedure she was doing, why and what was considered normal. She actually referenced my health history and how certain things impacted my teeth and how to fix it, not just something to "have on file." Going to the dentist makes me extremely anxious and nervous, when I tell you she asked me several times throughout my appointment if I was okay, if she was hurting me, or if she can adjust the pressure. I've never had a dentist ask if they're hurting me, they just poke and prod and say "Oops. Sorry." She noticed that I was feeling uncomfortable during my cleaning and asked if I needed to take a break. She provided so much knowledge and background on my teeth that I had never heard in my 26 years. She went the extra mile and for that I am so appreciative. I could go on and on, but I'll just say this - this is what a health appointment should feel like, this type of environment should be standard, this is why it is important to have black doctors and nurses - especially as a black woman. I've never been cared for so well by a health professional in my life. I felt safe, appreciated, listened to and welcomed. I highly recommend Dr. Roschelle Major-Banks if you're looking for a quality dental provider.

I figured having cavities filled after a rough day at work would be adding insult to injury — but I left feeling like my entire day had turned around instead. The atmosphere is very familial and kind; it’s clear everyone respects and enjoys one another. Dr. Banks explained everything before she did it and continually checked in with me for consent and if I was feeling any pain. I walked in exhausted and upset, but left feeling calm and taken care of, like I’d spent time with friends. If I’d known there were dental centers like this out there, I’d have left my old dentist years ago!

Best Dentistry office I have ever been to. I wish I had found them when they first open. I have been a patient for over 6 years. I have battled with bad teeth my whole life. I've been scammed by other dentist for 30 some years. I found Dr. and Mr. Banks office on a whim because they where the only office to return my call when I had an emergency. I'm so glad they did. From the time I walked into the office, I was treated with the up most respect. Dr. Banks has saved what teeth I have left, did not recommend expense unnecessary procedures. Mr. Banks makes me the finest dentures and partials I have ever seen. My dentures look 100% like my own. People don't now I have an upper unless I tell them. Registered Dental Hygienist Angy, keeps my teeth healthy and clean. The whole office is full of love and respect for one another and there patients. I have friends that are now patients, I would recommend Allisonville dental, E. 46th. to anyone. In my humble opinion this is the finest dental office in Indiana.
